Bookings and Payments

- Bookings to be made online through designated booking system.

- Person named on booking is the designated hirer and responsible for adherence to hire terms.

- Book enough time for set up before and clean up after. –

Hire fees to be paid in full prior to event either online, or arranged with booking clerk.

- Cancellations to be made either online or by email 30 days prior to booking date.

- The Hall reserves the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances with payments refunded in full.

Use of Hall

–Hall to only be used for purpose as per booking agreement.

- Hirer is responsible for the conduct of the people attending.

- Rubbish to be disposed of in the bins provided.

- Hirer is responsible for set up and tidy up unless arranged with caretaker (may incur £15 charge).

- No other person (volunteers, staff, committee members, trustee) may remain

in the hall during private hire except if they are bar staff or granted permission by hirer.

- Hall to be opened and locked up by caretaker or committee member at an agreed time. If last booking of the evening, time may extend to maximum of 11.30pm

- Emergency exits to remain clear at all times.

- Hirer to be aware of fire safety procedures and responsibilities.

- Hirer must ensure noise is kept to a reasonable level, especially late in the evening.

Alcohol and Catering

- Premises holds a licence permitting sale of alcohol.

- At events for those over 18, use of the bar is included (no extra charge); all beverages to be purchased via the bar.

- Any special drinks must be agreed with the bar manager so he can order in for your event

- No drinks purchased elsewhere to be brought onto the premises

- Kitchen must be cleaned thoroughly if used; otherwise a cleaning charge may apply.
